The result of a recent survey conducted says that over one-third of human resource professionals visits social networking sites such as MySpace.com to gather information about a prospective employee. The person's character and capabilities is assessed through the information gathered on their personal pages and the videos they have posted. But it was clarified that the assessment is not limited to that procedure, it is just a part of the whole employment evaluation process.
